Newsletter 11

Happy Thanksgiving my precious owls. We had a great Big Picnic. We all loved the puppets and fish sticks. The ketchup was the best. We had a great week exploring Turkeys. We marble painted a Turkey. We had Turkeys in our corn and we counted and talked about the different kind of turkeys. We sang our Turkey song and oh course we Gobbled. We talked with Mr. Turkey about his feathers and hat. We made a handprint turkey and painted with fall cookie cutters. So Fun. We also got to play outside in the owl like weather. We had another great week in the owl class. I am hearing ALL of my owls language improving weekly. It is so fun to see brain growth. What a smart group.

My prayer for all of you is that you have a restful and peaceful Thanksgiving. I will miss my Tuesday Owls because we will already be traveling to Grandmas. I am excited for a little family time. Rest up and get ready for Christmas.

Take Care and God Bless,
Ms. Tracee

Good Day my sweet precious owls. I missed my Tuesday owls because my daughter was sick, but she is doing better. We had a great Wednesday and Thursday. We glued fall shapes and stamped fall items and made a pumpkin knuckle print. We enjoyed talking about Mr. Turkey and singing the turkey song again. We love to Gobble. We went to chapel where we jumped and counted to 10 while listening to the story of the 10 leper men that Jesus healed and the one man that said Thank you. We talked about saying Thank you to God. We also went to motormovement where we played on the parachute and rolled the balls. We love this. As always we played outside and explored all that Ms. Pat has for us.

I look forward to next week where we will explore Turkeys.

Remember the Big Picnic is next week. Please come and enjoy the puppet show and fish sticks.

We are still filling our big orange box full of can goods.

Please come have Breakfast with St. Nick. Don't forget to preregister for this fun event.

As always Take Care and God Bless,

Ms. Tracee

Happy Halloween my precious owls. Did anyone see an owl last night? We had a great week exploring pumpkins and Halloween. We painted a pumpkin, stamped pumpkins, played in the water table and used our fine motor muscles to pick the little pumpkins out of the water. We read Corduroys Halloween, Pumpkin Patch and Here comes Halloween. We even tasted and played in Pumpkin Pudding. FUN FUN. We went to the Fall Festival and made butter and took a hay ride. We even picked apples and played games. OWLS love the Fall.

Remember next week is picture week and I will do my best to keep them clean before the pictures. I think we are first to have our taken. GOOD GOOD.

I look forward to next week as we explore leaves and Fall.

Check out the photos.
